Gay on Santa Fay!
On Thursday, June 19,
from 5 to 9 pm, several galleries on the 700 block of Santa Fe Drive
in Denver will be celebrating diversity at the second annual Gay On Santa Fay.
The official unofficial kick-off celebration for PrideFest 2008 will be
a mixture of traditional art forms along with
installations, dance and performance art.
Selected artists will be donating up to 20% of all sales through out the weekend to one of our cooperating partners. The purchaser may direct the contribution to either the Colorado Aids Project, PFLAG Denver, Project Angel Heart, The Center, or the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR). Just look for the wall label that has the pink Mona Lisa on it and select your charity.
Wine tasting and beer samplings will be provided by many Denver merchants in several galleries in addition to h'ors d'oeuvres. Please visit our sponsors page for a list of all the fabulous local businesses that are supporting this event.
